1What the notes say
Runway's changelog is the densest single record of a maker's own models in the register: thirty-one notes from Gen-3 Alpha in July 2024 through Gen-3 Alpha Turbo, Act-One, Gen-4, Act-Two, Aleph, Gen-4.5 and Aleph 2.0. Most of the 2024 notes are controls around the model rather than new models: first and last frames, a middle keyframe, extensions to 34 and 40 seconds, vertical video and camera control. The same changelog announces outside models arriving in Runway; those notes are filed under the outside model's line.
