Which AI video models let you set how much moves?

Among the notes read: Kling's Motion Brush on its 1.0 model in November 2024 marks where things move, Runway's Camera Control in November 2024 sets a direction and an intensity and later a handheld shake and speed, and Midjourney's V1 in June 2025 offers low or high motion. As of 2026-09-25.

These are the controls that change amount rather than kind: how far the camera travels, how much of the frame moves, how shaky a handheld look is. They sit apart from claims that a new model moves better.

Several makers leave amount to the prompt, which is why few notes mention it at all. Midjourney's note is the plainest: two settings, low and high, with high meaning more camera and subject movement.
