1Reading the notes
Access notes change who can reach a model and how, without changing what it makes: a model reaching general availability, opening in an API, joining a batch service or moving to a new plan. Runway's API opened in September 2024 and Kling's API was taking new models by November; the Firefly Video Model moved from a limited beta into the new Firefly app in February 2025; LTX, Sora and Grok Imagine opened API video endpoints between October 2025 and January 2026. Plan changes, such as Midjourney's HD for the Standard plan, are here as well.
