Kling's API update log joins Runway's this quarter. Runway spent it on control: Act-One for performances, first-and-last keyframes and then a middle keyframe on Gen-3 Alpha Turbo, Camera Control with direction and intensity, a static camera option, Expand Video and 20-second video to video. Kling opened its 1.5 model in pro and then standard mode for image-to-video, added Motion Brush on 1.0, and added lip-sync in late December. Adobe and Amazon post their first video notes too: the Firefly Video Model's limited beta with camera controls in October and Nova Reel in Amazon Bedrock in December.
